2 out of 5 starsShoes were for my granddaughter’s birthday they were way to big and same size I ordered before in black . They were even to big for me ! Am Just unhappy that I am stuck with these shoes as I cannot exchange them or return them . I understand policies but the shoes have never been worn except her trying them on. Will definitely make sure anything I order from Etsy from now on to read policy before I purchase something, will definitely not order anything like this again. Not a happy customer.

Hello and thank you for your business:) I researched your past order and you did not order the same size. On 12/19 you ordered a size 2/3 and most recently, a size 4/5. (I sent you a picture of your order history.) Measurements of each shoe are also listed within the description box to ensure customers know what they are purchasing. (I also send pictures of orders prior to shipping.) You never reached out to me, so I was unaware that you were unhappy with your order. Once again, I apologize that you're unhappy, but you received exactly what you requested when you made your purchase. Your ordered was made as per your instructions so you essentially left a 2 star review for receiving exactly what you ordered. Once again, thank you for your business:)

Gift wrapping and packaging
All packaging supplies should be kept away from children as they may cause suffocation and/or pose a choking hazard. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any and all supervision of minors with products. Please supervise children at all times!
What is the difference between Order Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Most items are created (processing time) within 3-5 business days, some sooner. Depending upon the amount of orders that I have to process, some orders will take longer but this will be communicated through email to the buyer when the order is received, prior to beginning to create your order.
Please be advised that PROCESSING TIME is the time it takes to create your order and SHIPPING TIME is the time it takes for the shipment carrier/post office to deliver your order. For example, if an order has a 3-day processing time and a 3-day shipping time, it’s 6 business days total before you should receive your order.

Due to the personalization/custom aspect of most orders, refunds will only be given if there has been an error on my part. Please choose sizes thoughtfully and be precise in your measurement(s). If you are unsure of the sizing of any of my products, please contact me PRIOR to ordering and I will send a measurement of the item.

Who's responsible for the time it takes for me to receive my order after it has shipped?
We are not responsible for orders once they are handed over to the postal carrier. For US packages, we will provide you with a tracking number. We are NOT responsible if the shipment carrier/post office doesn’t deliver packages on time. It is the responsibility of the shipment carrier/post office to make deliveries on time. Once the package leaves us, it is out of our hands. Please view your tracking info once your items have been shipped.
